What helps with a reproducible report

Include a tiny invented CSV with its header, the numbered key/value columns, the expected group counts/sums and what appeared. Preserve quotes, commas and line breaks needed to reproduce the issue. State whether the problem occurred during Read columns or Calculate totals. For a display issue, the browser name and approximate viewport width help.

Private customer tables, client data, credentials, payment details or identifying project information are unnecessary. A two- or three-record invented example usually explains a parser or decimal problem more clearly than a full export.

Check the exact grouping rule

The guide explains the bounded quote syntax, logical record numbering and required header. Keys are not trimmed or case-folded, blank selected values are rejected and no record is silently dropped. The examples demonstrate empty keys, duplicate headers and multiline text.
